When we create a system for you, it is for you to own.

Starting with the services used (listing on our process page), we typically ask you to arrange these yourself. This allows you to switch to another company at any time, but that's not to say we can't help you setup these services, or remind you when things need to be renewed.

The source code itself is made up of two components, primarily the custom code that has been written for you, and secondly the framework which provides most of the generic/re-usable code found in most websites... both of these are released under the BSD licence, which basically means that we are both allowed to do what we like with the code.

In summary, we don't believe in holding you hostage, instead we prefer to provide the best service available, and keeping you and your staff exceptionally happy.
